The mission of the homeowners association is to provide for maintenance, preservation, and enhancement of the Oaks III environmental setting and promote the health, safety, and welfare of Oaks III members.

  • Don't park on the street
  • Single family residences only
  • Animals, personal pets only
  • Conceal garbage containers

Trash & Recycling Facilities

In the OAKS III area trash is collected early on Monday morning. Recycling is collected Tuesday morning and Yard waste is collected early Thursday morning.

Garbage is to be placed at the curb no earlier than 4 p.m. on the day before collection, with containers removed before 6 a.m. on the day following collection. Failure to remove garbage roll-out carts or containers from the curb may result in a $25 per day fine.
